capped tarriff on monthly contracts

due to my son continuing to make calls even though his minutes have been used up ,i rang cs to see what could be done ,and is was informed that virgin are suppose to be bringing in a capped tariff ,where once one of your allowances has been used up it is suspended but your other allowances continue ,he said he had heard about this and it will be introduced at the end of the month ,can anybody ,or is there a way to get this confirmed please as i think this is a very good idea and could help a lot of people like myself ,i know tesco mobile do it but don`t want to move networks .

I haven't heard anything regarding this, I know VM don't do it now but certainly a good idea but I wouldn't hold your breath about that been true.
