Spent 5 hours in A&E overnight, my right hand got crushed quite badly yesterday. Luckily, nothing broken just badly bruised and throbs like you wouldn't believe. Couldn't even grip a fork last night to eat, that's why I ended up going.

Yes den, taking a short course of Naproxen for inflammation and also some codeine to help with the pain.

We're feeling all fuzzy this morning.
We gave a gift to the Heart Giving Tree for a 3 yr old girl, i hope it helps them have a better Christmas.
