Not far from you if you live in Mansfield so i would have to go all way in to Notts its self and that is a long bus ride so ill skip it for a while me thinks

Its going ok. Found a few bugs but reported them on forum. I like the look and feel. How are you finding it?

Similar to you mate its pretty stable , you were right about that indexing issue going from entertainment to HD/3D displays All channels for a brief moment. There is also an issue when going up channels , put the box on say 106 Sky One HD hit the channel up button to say 111 Dave HD when arriving at channel 111 you'll see a brief second of one channel up from we're you started ie Sky Living HD 107.

Not see that yet but i dont go up channels often as use the guide alot. Ive changed the way i watch TV since coming to Sky from VM. I have took off the quick links thou

Yes I believe they are a personal preference I actually like them so have left them on.

From what i have read on Sky forum this has been built up from ground up and isnt using the old Darwin code its all been recoded

Having looked around the web the pictures don't do it any justice , the guide is now pin sharp and has a far more modern feel to it.

The look is more modern. Sharper. More lines in full EPG mode. quick links, planner changes and more

It's very similar to the current Sky+HD guide most customers have however it's now HD with richer colours and different fonts with a few added extras here and there like the ability to view your planner by genre , 8 rows of channels instead of 6.
