New phone ordered but not delivered
Hi All, could do with a bit of help. Do any Virgin Mobile staff help out on this forum?
I changed my mobile package to a £10 a month Blackberry deal last Thursday, 7th October. Was told that the new handset would be delivered next day (Friday) by UPS.
Nothing arrived so I rang VM to be told I had to wait for an email with confirmation of delivery. The email arrived with a delivery date/time of Saturday morning. (9th)
Its now Tuesday 12th and still nothing. I have called UPS with the tracking number to be told that they haven't even received the parcel from VM.
I have now called CS at least four times with 30min hold times and don't seem to be getting very far.
I could do with the new phone tomorrow (13th) as its a birthday present.
If anyone reading this could give me any help I would really appreciate it.
