Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Thanks deffy I am certainly feeling that life is worth living again.
It was a relief to be taken seriously and not patted on the head about the headaches being non-related to my original tablets. I am just so relieved that these other tablets are available to me as I was getting very depressed trying to cope with a headache that lasted 24 hours a day.

It's so good when the pain is sorted and you feel alive again and not browned of from pain. I hope when I visit the pain clinic next week that pain I have will get sorted and they will be able to find what is causing it and treat it and get rid once and for all

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Fingers crossed for you deffy. I really hope that they can sort it out for you but even if they can just provide you with a way of keeping the pain at manageable proportions it will be an improvement.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
True. I'm on pain killers and they do deaden the pain for a couple of hours and then back to square one again. The day cant come fast enough for the appointment to get it sorted. I hope I will be doing a dance like you next week if it does get sorted

So glad there's light at the end of the tunnel for both of you. Hope your treatments bring a speedy recovery!

I've managed to wangle 2 weeks of intense physio and rehab at a very flash treatment centre.
Cracking facilities and great food. Can't wait!

Your notoriety certainly spreads far afield.
I assume he is the Ulrich Drepper who wears a red hat. It sounds as though you are in for an interesting time and one that would make my son green with envy.

Thanks so much Tinkey. It's being a long year with pain that no doctor yet can figure out but with the appointment next Thursday I really do hope that they will be able to find what is wrong.
