Got to wait in at my sons house today as he's having VM installed. Tried to warn against it but the fool wouldn't listen... How long does it take?
Had mine installed 20 years ago so can't remember.Seem to think it took them a while to dig a trench up the garden. However his is a small terraced house with the CATV point about a foot outside the front door. He's having TV, phone & broadband done.
Spot on Spiderplant, 2 hours. Fair play to him he was up a ladder in torrential rain & gales.
My son has got the basic Player package which, TV wise, I thought little more than freeview. However the little tinker seems to be getting Gold and Watch. Is this a temporary thing?
