Did this affect anyone outside the USA??

Some ppl are wondering if they are planning something major and this was a warning..... Nothing can be ruled out....... Things are quite unstable now in the USA,the debt is so high its scary!!!!!!

Some people in the states here are not realising how serious this could be.....

Re: Massive cell outage

70,000 impacted people on AT&T out of a population of over 300 million isn’t massive

Less than 100,000 people on one network affected. Not really massive when you consider the population of the USA.

Why what are conspiracy theorists inventing now?

Re: Massive cell outage

Who are "they", and on what evidence was this outage planned ?

AT&T have specifically said it was not caused by any kind of attack.

Quote:
The provider said the outage was caused by “the application and execution of an incorrect process” during network expansion.
