Well done Inter. Brilliant!
The icing on the cake would have been an Eto'o goal, but you can't have it all. Besides, 2 triples in a row with 2 different clubs isn't bad.

Re: Close Season Football Thread
Well done Inter, Millito was quality. How is Cambiasso not in the Argentina squad?
Listening to the coverage on ITV, Mourinho won it single handedly, their obsession with him is incredibly irritating, its all they talk about.

Re: Close Season Football Thread
Also people are negative about Inter and the way they play. They have now beaten the champions of England, Spain and now Germany. What more can you do?

Re: Close Season Football Thread
How about having the final on a Saturday then, I think it's a good idea. Those Inter fans can go and party all night now

Gullit was visibly frustrated with the two of them arguing over the quality of football Inter play and if it would be welcome at Madrid. I think Redknapp's weakness is that he is rather argumentative in there sometimes and every thing has to be absolutes which doesn't work in Football. Souness isn't that good either. Sky need better guests to be honest. Instead of people who repeat cliches all the time.

Re: Close Season Football Thread
The whole of the British media goes OTT with Mourinho, it's cringeworthy.
