Smile Sony xperia repair

sent phone for repair to VM,which they said it would cost £78 to repair as items were out of warranty for repair.I then sent the phone direct through sony to sbe a company they use to do uk repairs. must say they sorted the problems all covered by their warranty conditions. Im disappointed VM tried to rip off a loyal customer (2 mobile phone ,as well as tv,bb,home phone).Just to let you know there is another way to sort repairs, without having to spend a lot of money on them.

Re: Sony xperia repair

/ I had How did you sort that ?

I had an experia M4 which had a fault on the headphone socket the the speaker died.

There was a tiny chip on the casing and Virign said they couldnt do a warranty repair without fixing the "abuse and negligence" first and charged me £60. The chip was tiny and didnt affect the phone in any way. I thought mine might have a one off but transparently not.
