Utterly Crap service from Virgin Mobile

Been a customer of their mobile service for about 10 years, sadly today my daughter had her Phone stolen. Rang them up and the immediately cancelled the Sim as requested. No problem there, well done.

They then told me it would cost me £5 +£2.99 to send out another Sim! Nice one, not. I just told them to cancel the contract asits not decent value anyway. Of course i was put through to retentions. I thought ah im going to get a decent offer here. Dream on, frankly their attitude was disgraceful. They said oh yes we can see youve been a customer for many years so we`ll scrap the postage charge. "Is that it?" I told them to cancel the contract altogether.

They then proceeded to offer me another, what they called a special offer, turned their offer was 10 quid more than im paying now for half of the data im now getting.

Now an ex customer of Virgin Mobile.

As an addendum to this I have 3 contracts with them, cancelling the other 2 as well, and with Sky sending a half price offer it looks like I`ll be binning Virgin off altogether. Been with them since Blueyonder days.
