How petty can you get?? It's as if they're blaming poor Togo for the attack

Actualy thier own competition rules quotes FIFA regulations throughout the document with grounds, balls, refs and including fines. I'm sure that Fifa will be asking serious questions..

The Togo ban has been lifted
