Netflix - why?

TiVo is now showing things from Netflix.

I don't have a Netflix subscription- why on earth do they think I want to have things in 'my shows' that I can't watch?

How do I stop them from showing up?

Thanks

Re: Netflix - why?

Set your series links to recordings only, not recordings and streaming.

I did that ages ago, and Netflix still pops up.

Re: Netflix - why?

There are two parts to it.

Setting a SL+ to 'Recording and Streaming' means that if there is On Demand content for a show, it'll be shown in a folder in 'My Shows' even if there aren't any recordings. Whereas setting it to 'recordings only' will mean a folder only appears when there is more than one recording of the Series.

The other part is the view when in a show folder (whenever they exist). You can select to see only Recordings or Recordings and On Demand irresepective of the SL+ setting. This will then either show or hide the available On Demand episodes

On the older TiVo at present there is also an 'All Episodes' option which shows all the episodes whether they're a recording or available on demand or not. This view doesn't exist on the Virgin TV V6 box.

The folder view can be changed via the blue button when in a show folder.
