If Top Up TV was an IPTV Provider
If Top Up TV was an IPTV Provider instead of being on the DTT Network, do you think Top Up TV should be a TV, Internet & Phone Supplier or a TV Service that works with any ISP (like FetchTV).
I'm guessing that if Top Up TV was an IPTV provider then someone from its PR agency would be starting lots of threads on CF, asking leading questions about its competitors.
