help with blackberry

thanks in advance for any help given , i got my two daughters blackberry curves at easter on vm , both phones had problems with keypads and both where replaced now youngest daughters phone has started freezing you cant answer calls or read or send text messages , when it does freeze only 2 buttons work , you press a and u comes up on screen and you press u and a comes up on screen , if you leave phone for 30 mins or so it seams to work fine for 5 to 10 mins so i sent phone back to tech support yesterday and they contacted me today saying the phone is working fine and they are sending it back to me , so my question is what do i do if phone comes back and it still isn't right ? can i take it to a vm shop and show them the problem ? any help would be great thanks

Re: help with blackberry

I would try a factory rest of the phone first, there may be an app installed thats causing problems. The Blackberry curve isnt the quickest of Blackberrys, even the top end Bold has issues with some apps or too many app's running in the background.

Factory reset and see if you get the same issues, then I would take it further with VM if you still get issues.
