Port Blocking

HI is there any techies out there and if so can anyone tell me if virgin block any ports
ie 3478, 3387, 5500-5502, 5060, 9000-9050

and how can i check if they are open

They only block inbound 137 (UDP), 138 (UDP), 139 (TCP), 445 (UDP & TCP), 593 (TCP), 1433 (TCP), 1434 (UDP), 27374 (TCP)

Unless it's changed now
