Re: World Cup 2014
There is plenty wrong with it as l have always believe sportsmanship is the foundation on which the game is built on and without it sadly all we end up with cheats , liars and unsporting like behaviour and that's not good for the image of the game.

Though I am not surprised some think that isn't wrong. The low moral part of society seems to have dragged more and more into their low standards, almost to make it normal for some.

Re: World Cup 2014
Goalies dancing on the line has been going on for a while now, never had a problem with it as they aren't right in the face of an opposing player. But getting in the face and verbally intimidating a player is not on. I said already, but I hope this is not the sort of tactic that Van Gaal will be introducing at United.

At least he will be a character, how much of one is going to be interesting to watch (Moyes was never one to inspire me, which is probably why I thought he was perfect for Utd )

Haha brilliant! Thanks for accusing me of having no morals, very nice of you!
I've actually watched the shoot-out again to see if i missed something, Tim Krul goes up and talks to two of the Costa Rica penalty takers, the others he is just pacing around the box and goes to the goal line when he is told. This is exactly the same as what the Costa Rica goalkeeper does, he goes up and talks to Van Persie before his and Robben before his penalty. It happens in football, players talk to each other during the game to put each other off, it has nothing to do with morals and its certainly not cheating. You really need to look at other aspects of football if you want to get upset with players not having morals.

Faydhan poised for rise in class.

Faydhan could leap straight into Group Two company following an impressive debut success at Haydock Park on Thursday that saw him propelled to the head of the market for next year's 2000 Guineas.
Connections of the John Gosden-trained colt have the option of keeping him to six furlongs for a race such as the Gimcrack Stakes at York next month, or stepping him up to seven for the Vintage Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.
