Movie scenes you just can't watch

Flicking through the TV guide I noticed Jaws is on next Saturday on Syfy HD. Great movie that I haven't enjoyed in HD yet.

I'm 33 and my parents where always a bit easy going. I remember watching Jaws with my Dad on TV when I was about 7 years old. The scene where the head pops out the hole in the boat freaked me out big time. To this day I still look away from the screen when I know it's coming.

Is there any movies that have scenes that you simply can't watch because they make you cringe, scare you, disgust you are are just wrong?

Whole movies starring Meryl Streep come to mind as her acting makes me cringe.
