Unhappy Actiontech Router and Vista

Hi

I have been operating Actiontech Wireless Router trouble free for a while but have just purchased a new laptop which is running Vista and am unable to connect this successfully to the network.

Found a web site that detailed what was required to achieve this and moved through each step ok but it still said at the end of it connection unsuccessful.

I can't believe it is rocket science to do this just beyond me unfortunately.

I read a thread from Kmbrad1981 back in June who was running the same (actiontech router/vista) but their problem was with the router and it all appear to get sorted which is encouraging.

Hopefully there are others out there that have Actiontech Router (52Mbps) and Vista set up who could enlighten a numpty like me.

Much appreciated.
