BQM graph

Hello,

Can anyone shed any light why my BQM graph over the past few months is constantly spiking

the internet isn't used from midnight - 9AM so it shouldn't be spiking then

During the day is light usage and evening time game consoles get turn on

Does this warrant an engineer visit?

Cheers!

Re: BQM graph

As Taf said there is already a thread but i can tell you that your graph is perfectly normal for a Virgin Media Hub3, which has an issue with the Puma chipset i believe, nothing to worry about and there will hopefully be a firmware fix eventually.

Re: BQM graph

Thanks all ,

Doing ping tests the actual test is spiking to 200MS+

Ive Attached a Ping to the bbc.co.uk , is anything amiss ?

I'm getting packet loss to quite a few sites - Mainly on the VM Network for example , ping going through the roof - not good for Streaming etc
