Re: Wimbledon 2009
The contrast between the 2 semi-finals couldn't have been more different. Venus had a clean clinical match. Serena was put through the miller and came through the longest Open semi-final in history! Hoping Andy Murray can produce a good match against the mighty Roddick.

And again - Murray had a 3-setter but Hewitt took Roddick to a tricky 5.

He's there again, he's in the box with the coaches (Top right).

Re: Wimbledon 2009
Watching 'The Other Murray Boy' (as opposed to The Other Boleyn Girl) and I'm afraid hearing Barry Davies always takes me back to The World Staring Chamionships of Big Train fame...
http://vodpod.com/watch/270049-big-train-staring-final
Shows how well he commentated on them, made it believable!

This is really getting on my nerves now. He was there again for the final. Sitting in the players box, as he seems to do for just about every match.
I did a google for players box wimbledon, and the best pic I found was this:
which isn't too helpful.
Good game today btw. Not as entertaining as last year, due to the lack of rallies. Gripping stuff though. Gotta feel sorry for Roddick, but nice to see Federer beat Sampras's record.

Re: Wimbledon 2009
if you're on twitter you could send Andy Roddick a message and ask him?!
wikianswers says: "This Gentleman is an 'Honorary Steward' It is his task to ensure that only those individuals entitled to be in the Players box actually gain entry."

Re: Wimbledon 2009
I saw him at a match once where someone gave him a piece of paper and he pointed at a seat which they went and sat in, so a steward would be my guess as well.
