belkin f5d5231-4 how do I open ports?

Hello guys,
I have a belkin router f5d5231-4 and I have 3 pc.

I would like

pc1) open ports 60000-60002-60003
pc2) open 60001-60004
pc3) all ports closed

How do I open the ports ?? Which program I use or how do I set up the router to do this ??

If I follow these instructions

http://portforward.com/english/route...5231-4/FTP.htm

as I did ( see my attached picture ) , it seems that my ports are NOT opened when I I use the webpage shields up

https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

, to test my ports.
It tells me :

----------------------------------------------------------------------

GRC Port Authority Report created on UTC: 2007-08-29 at 14:24:56

Results from probe of port: 60000

0 Ports Open
0 Ports Closed
1 Ports Stealth
---------------------
1 Ports Tested

THE PORT tested was found to be: STEALTH.

TruStealth: FAILED - ALL tested ports were STEALTH,
- NO unsolicited packets were received,
- A PING REPLY (ICMP Echo) WAS RECEIVED.

What does it means stealth ??

Is it possible that my modem rca dcm325 , has a build in firewall ?
How do I open these ports ??

And also , is it possible that do not wxist any program that let me map all the ports that my pc has , helling me which are closed , and let me chose to open them ??

thank u very much.

This a NAT router so all ports will be open. The screen shot you attached is for port forwarding of incoming ports to a specific ip address.

The port scan is trying to see which ports it gets a response from so forwarding ports is not enough, you need to have something on the PC's listening to the ports and responding to the probe, otherwise they will be reported as stealth.

You can see what ports are active on a PC by opening a command prompt and typing "netstat -an"

If you want to block ports on specific machines you need to use a local software firewall.

Re: belkin f5d5231-4 how do I open ports?

Hi and thank u for the reply.

Let say I open the program that should listen to the 60000 port , what command I should execute in dos , to see if I get incoming and outgoing connections ??
The only thing that I see reguarding port 60000 is

TCP 0.0.0.0:60000 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING

UDP 0.0.0.0:60000 *:*

is this normal ??

My program is opened and I am having incoming downloads using that 60000 port and outgoing upload , why I do not see ip connecting to that 60000 port in netstat result ??

Whan I executed netstat -an , I get a list of ip connecting to my ports , how do I know if ther e is some itruders amog these ip ??

thank u very much

You said you can't see any IP's connecting to your open ports.
You then said you have a list of IP's connecting to your ports.
??
To tell if the intentions of any of those IP's are malicious you would have to either run an IDS or a packet-sniffer. TBH if you open ports then sooner or later people will try their luck. That's the internet.
