i've just taken out a new contract of an HTC Sensation, and just found they've charged me for a Media Simply 8p pack with 10 pd airtime, which i didnt ask for. quite annoyed about it. But i swear the person i was talking too wasn't listening to everything i said.
well at least now i know what it is, i thought i'd been charged insurance when i'd said i didnt want it, glad to get rid of my Samsung Monte, it is now very outdated.
