My own honest opinion is l don't think Stuart Pearce is good enough for the top England job as one one he was under Capello and that was by all accounts a disaster and two when he was a club manager he was not exactly a great success there neither.

Not that i know that much about football, but Stuart Pearce looks as though he will be being "groomed" for the England job until the day he retires.

I am not sure Harry will take the job, it is a poison challis at best. Harry likes to be everyone's friend and that includes being best friends with the press, this will not happen as we all know that once the players pull on the England Jersey they forget they are footballers.

He won't be the next England manager as the euro's clash with the olympics where he's managing team GB

Re: The Next England Manager
Terry Venables - wont do it
Alan Pardew - not a chance in hell
David Beckham - wants to play not manage
Mark Hughes - fergie wannabe
Alan Shearer- no enough managment experiance
Steve Bruce - gets fired too much
David Moyes - good manager and does stand a chance
Gareth Southgate - does stand a chance but wont get it
Glenn Hoddle - i would never support England ever again
Rafa Benitez - same as above
Sam Allardyce - good manager aswell but we would never win anything with him
Roy Hodgson - relegation manager only
Guus Hiddink - good manager
Stuart Pearce - good aswell does stand a chance but i dont like him
Jose Mourinho - probably one of two i want as england manager until he takes over for fergie at old trafford.
Harry Redknapp - defo for me or Mourinho the only two i think could do anything with england.

re: [MERGED] The England Manager thread
Harry Redknapp should stay at Tottenham, England should take a wild card and appoint Hope Powell, who is manager of the England's Women's team!
