Faulty TiVo swap question

Hello all.

I have an engineer coming to look at my faulty TiVo box... is it likely it will be swapped with a Tivo or a V6?

I ask because I'm on my third Tivo box and if they want to give me a 4th (rather than a V6) I'd rather just put up with the fault to keep all my recordings.

thanks in advance for your response.

Re: Faulty TiVo swap question

Replacements are like for like. You will get a TiVo.
If you want a V6, you can order one to replace your TiVo and pay the upfront fees.

Re: Faulty TiVo swap question

Even if it was a V6 you were getting you'd still lose your existing recordings.
