Cooling Off Period - Does it apply to Retentions deals?

If you have agreed a new deal with Retentions, which I understand results in a new contract, do you have the 14 day cooling off period?

If agreed with inbound or outbound - is there a difference?

If it has involved new kit being installed/services starting, do you still have 14 days?

If it does apply, do you go back into wherever you were in your original cancellation period (and original price/package) or revert to your original contract and if desired you would need to put the cancellation in again? And if you have had new kit (V6 replacing Tivo, for example), do they come out again to switch it back?

Many thanks

Yes.
No.
Yes.
Normally you'd revert back to what you had before, although if you've moved from old kit not sure what would happen. V6 back to TiVo would probably be possible, but TiVo back to V6 probably not.
