But your hopes of Fabregas coming are a pipe dream that's never going to come true.

I would listen thenry. If anyone would know about pipe dreams it would be a Liverpool fan.

Cescs lady mostly lives in the UK for her other 2 children. The recent new born, Fab Jr. is mostly in London with the mother obviously. Wenger loves Fab. I don't think its a pipe dream, it might be complicated to complete but nthings impossible. others will say anything to beat Arsenal down yet we just keep responding

Keep responding with what? 4th place and no trophies?

CL is better than nothing. Oh and do remember Arsenal have got into the CL year in year out throughout this decline in quality year in year out.

Most teams don't win trophies and most teams don't make the Champions League. It's not a massive success but hardly a failure either. As for responding it's probably in relation to the fact that people were slagging Arsenal off all season and effectively writing off Champions League, as they did last year, as Arsenal managed to qualify in the end.

Puyol isn't retiring, from his press conference.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
The only people that dismiss the Champions League are those who either qualify all the time or are never in the picture for it. Look how much Spurs celebrated when they got in and how disappointed there were when they missed. How much would Liverpool love to be back in it? Their Carling Cup win, a trophy!, didn't stop the criticism nor keep the manager his job.

My view, you are only as good as your last season...anything else is pointless

That's alright as it must be 8 or 9 years since a certain team ran round with some silverware in its hands.

Yes its nice being in the Champions league but its even nicer when your team has won it 5 times whilst Arsenal have won it how many times is the question for today.

No Arsenal fan is satisfied with CL only but considering our decline and all, the situation the club found itself in because of stupid choices theres no doubt the club getting into the CL year in year out is something of an achievement.

Its more to do with what Arsenal were achieving not so long ago, consistently winning trophies, league titles, going a season unbeaten. Now getting 4th is a massive achievement. As i said before, for teams like Spurs its different, they are progressing so Champions league is a big achievement, Arsenal are going backwards.
