Unlikely, i think we're stuck at 720p on these launch games.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Far too late for them to do anything about the resolution in that space of time.
I think it is simply Amazon being stupid, given that the Xbox One itself won't be out by the 5th of November... or even the 16th!

Agreed, why would they release a game before the actual console is stupid

Re: The Xbox One Thread
It makes sense to get the games before you get the console though or you may end up with no games to play on the console.

BF4 X1 - http://s.pro-gmedia.com/videogamer/m..._4_31_605x.jpg
Not disappointed though as I have a PC that'll play it like that. I won't be buying the X1 this year nor will I be buying the PS4. I completely forgot why I was buying them. There's no point in me buying COD or BF4 for both when they look better on the superior platform. I think my main swing was Forza but having now played it I can't say I'll be that bothered. Titanfall is also PC and Halo 5 or another Gears game would be the only reason for me to purchase. Gears or Halo please

Re: The Xbox One Thread
I won't ever compare with a PC as that is not how i want to play my games but if a PC is going to be your choice of gaming platform then stick to that. I decided several years ago a console was for me for gaming as it was more for a living room, even though my desktop PC is in my living room and always on.
Can't wait to to get my hands on a console now.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
I loved the 360 and still do. I'm just annoyed consoles are lagging so far behind now. I don't expect it to look close to a PC but I do expect it to at least try. I'll probably wait to see what rockstar can produce for these consoles before properly judging. Saying that though I laughed at the Steam Box... I'm not laughing anymore and neither should Microsoft or Sony.
Regardless I'll always vote XBL over PSN or PC. Everything feels so much neater and simpler on XBL. As I've said before though. Developers will define this generation not the consoles. Rockstar will produce something amazing bigger than anything they've ever done.
Something I will need though is the X1 controller for PC. Far superior thumb stick location to a PS controller . Just hope they're properly optimised for both and the thumb sticks don't just move wherever they want like the 360 controller did on PC. I'll kit it like a scuf controller anyway.

I think they have tried on Battlefield, i think this PC Xbox One comparison video is pretty damn close considering the cost of a PC to run it.

Seems I was wrong... it really is being released before the console itself.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Here is a really good comparison video for Battlefield 4 between all the consoles, current gen and next gen.
