Nothing from pm yesterday until after 5pm today... fasting blood test at 5pm for lipides and diabetes.
Phlebotomist used to do the blood-letting at 9am, but now only works 5pm to 6pm and they haven't changed the period of fasting.

Not eating yet, but just put a couple of home made pizza bases smothered in garlic butter in a warm oven to rise. Will use them as a bases for a nice chicken kebab for myself and MIL later on today
