We did change our plans because Sat/Sun were a bit cool.
Friday - BBQ seam bream
Saturday - slow cooked shoulder of lamb - wrapped in foil with garlic/onions,herbs, wine.
Sunday - Tandori roast chicken, dhal, panneer curry, naan
Monday - slow smoked pork ribs - used the offset firebox on BBQ - 6-7 hours slow cooking.

Last night I did a Spanish style casserole. Duck legs, chorizo, pancetta (closed to Iberico ham/bacon I had) in a smoked paprika tomato and white bean sauce. Served with brown rice.
