Started the evening of with a Elderberry & Thyme Martini, then Dolcelatte, radicchio, walnut and pancetta Rigatoni in a white wine and cream sauce for starters, followed by Slow Roast Pork pizza (Ventriciana salami, pancetta, caramelised onion, rocket, BBQ sauce and pork scratchings), finishing with Three scoop ice cream coupe with toasted almond flakes (Vanilla, Strawberry, & Pistachio ice cream), washed down by a bottle of Don David Malbec.
A little full and relaxed now.....

Baked potato, pineapple cottage cheese with loads of salad, while hubby and boy's are having a Sunday roast with all the trimmings and then they will be having home made caramel cake.
