You could buy the excellent Mass Effect for £2.99

Re: The Xbox One Thread
I was also wondering if it was worth buying cheap 360 games in the hope they will work great on the X1.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Right now I wouldn't do that cause not many games have been added.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Buy understanding with backward compatibility is that the top games will be done first, then what the most people ask for.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
That is more than likely the case, however as it doesn't officially launch till never the end of the year by which time there will be 100 titles in BC. Right now it is just a test/trial so there are only 25 titles.
I imagine there will be more added to the trial before the official launch.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Does anyone know if it will be possible to play 'World of Tanks' in split screen (2 local people) either in a local game or in a xbox live multiplayer game?

They always ruin games this way, wasn't it split screen on the Xbox 360 in either local or Xbox Live as i have seen a pic?
Edit..... looks like it wasn't a real split screen!

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Does anyone else suffer painfully slow Xbox One downloads despite having super-badass fibre broadband?
Someone on the Elite forums posted the following tip, due to ED's CQC update being really bloody slow:
Change your Xbox One's DNS to Google's Public DNS!
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/?hl=en
Go to Settings > Network > DNS, and set manual DNS entries of 8.8.8.8 for the primary and 8.8.4.4 for the secondary.
Then go to Alternate Mac Address > Clear and let the console reboot.
Afterward, you should hopefully find that your download speeds are more like they should be.
