That's wrong. New City manager is within 1 week as the interview with Khaldoon was filmed a week ago.

He's an actual talent, he can progress. The transfer to Arsenal isnt done though. Hes haggling for more cash and Lyon want max fees even though he only has 1 year left on his contract. Lyon's President is renowned for longing things out then screwing himself so this one will drag out. Lyon cannot offer him high wages.
