Re: Eastenders
Well that was a turn up for the books, Denise still alive. So who was the body in the canal? Why is Lucas keeping Denise prisoner? Where is he keeping her? What does he plan to do with her? Why isn't she screaming her head off and trying to get out? Och just too many questions! ......btw we could do without Denise's sisters, they are like a commedy act.

perhaps she isnt being kept there against her will. Perhaps its a cunning plan so the murder investigation ends and Lucas and Denise plan to run away together . Not likely seeing as it will mean she no longer sees her kids but you never know with soaps

That's an interesting theory Zing and fairly plausible as Denise did say she would do anything for him. I think Lucas had a stroke of luck when he went with Chelsea to the creamatorium to identify the body and Chelsea chickened out at the last minute. Whew! That would have been a different story if she had gone in with him.

Re: Eastenders
The thing i don't understand is would the police have just accepted his identification of her, bearing in mind they suspected him of having more involvement in Owen's murder. Surely they would do some other id checks. Anyway she escapes this week doesnt she? It was a good twist tho.

Re: Eastenders
The police caution arresting Lucas - I've always wondered what happens when the aresting officer says "Do you understand" and the arrestee ( is that even a word) replys "No". Does he or shee get the meaning, beaten into them.

Re: Eastenders
Well after the big build-up, last night's episode was a bit of an anti-climax, to put it mildly. When Denise arrives back in the house apparently risen from the dead, there is no hysteria, only looks of mild surprise. The acting was appalling from all concerned. Let's hope they can come up with a credible story line to keep our interest. Good riddance to Lucas btw.
