What an joke - Sky move Sky Nature to Channel 124 last week when FOX close - but Sky Nature old Sky EPG is still free.

I think that's precisely why Sky left the old slot free, so they can undo the Sky Nature move. They just want to make Nature more visible for the months left before BBC3 linear relaunch due, and make a point to OFCOM.

BBC3’s return to broadcast has been in the offing for a couple of years now. If Sky has filled its top 24 EPG slots in the past few months then they have done so in the full knowledge that Ofcom would require them to make further changes to allow for it. The regulator isn’t daft - they will see right through it.
