Runaways
Another Marvel Series, based on the comics superhero team of the same name.
Season one is 10 episodes, but on Hulu, so not available in the UK (atm) unless you use "alternative" sources.
I wasn't sure if Id like this given its basically a "Teen Team", but I have enjoyed the first three episodes, and will definitely be watching the rest.
I wouldn't say it is bad but I definitely wouldn't say it is great. It was very long and drawn out and the only reason I persevered with it is because I left it till the xmas break before I started watching it because I didn't have anything else. If I had started watching it when it first came out I would have stopped because the firs couple of episodes were a snooze fest. My golden rule is that if I am not too sure about something I give it 4 episodes and in this case it didn't really kick in till episode 5. I think it is very average and out of the 4 Marvel/Netflix series I watch, Agents of Shield, Arrow, Flash and Supergirl, Runaways at the bottom of the list.
I have just finished season 2 and I loved it and pray it gets a third season. It took a long time to get going in season 1 but it is flying now. I started watching Supergirl, The Flash and Arrow in order a couple of weeks ago and stopped last week to watch this and now I am going back to the DC series it feels like a massive step down. This and The Walking Dead have been a fantastic surprise this year.
