Indeed, I acknowledge that.
Now after patiently waiting for Virgin to respond they finally came to a conclusion. I guess it has something to do with their side of things. This was their response.

I mean it will probably take them a couple of months to actually come out and fix the problem but at least the problem has been identified somewhat.
