Blackberrys

Hi all,

Does anyone know the difference between the blackberry data, and internet usage?

Just asking as I have unlimited blackberry & internet usage and wondered if certain apps ie windows messenger use different connections?

Thanks,

Mike

Re: Blackberry's

To my understanding all internet traffic has to go via your blackberry server (like it does for emails), otherwise you will be charged normal data rates for your contract.

Re: Blackberrys

Ring them up and ask, or just do some normal web browsing and see if that appears on your bill.

Yes that is what i thought but that is due to if you only had the bb bolt on for the push email, that you had to access the net fronm the bb browser!

In regards to what you say you seem to have both , but to make sure that i would call them up and have them put this on your notes so that if you get charged for the net usage , they will be able to checki the notes so that you will be able to get credited for it.

That is what i used to do for customers when i worked for o2 business and also normal cs.
