Anyone else having problems?
Over 48 hours ago I requested GPRS and Picture Messenging settings to be sent to my mobile via the Virgin Mobile website. They still haven't arrived. Then on the 4th of the month Virgin successfully took out their monthly payment but yesterday (9th) when my minutes and texts should have topped up they haven't been.
Phoning them up (which costs 10p) every time results in different people telling me different stories. There are problems which will be sorted in an hour, will be sorted at some point, has been sorted out. However, no one can tell me why my minutes haven't been updated.
I've even tried communicating with them via Twitter and email but still no joy.
Does anyone here have any news on this. Is it just me?
