Cooked a chicken curry last night, blended onions, garlic and ginger to paste. Heated mustard oil, added whole spices, added onion mix and browned off. Added touch of vinegar and tomato puree, browned that off, added spices cooked that down, added chicken, stirred round, added chicken stock and cooked. Finally added lots of coriander, couple of finger chillies and couple of peppers, 5 mins and serve with paratha.
Tonight should be roast beef but Sainsbury's tried to substitute beef gravy for joint???? Wife out shopping for the real thing.
