As soon as you wrap your arms around a player like that you've fouled him, what is the point in that rule if it's enforced in half a dozen games out of 38? Corners are shocking for it. All it takes is a week upon which every single infringement from a corner is punished with a penalty or a freekick if it's against the opposing team and they'd quickly stop doing it. The amount of times I see target men being wrestled before the corner has been taken is ridiculous.
