Step dad had multiroom and sky did not charge for almost 3 years, he didnt know that they were not charging as their bill was high with all the full package etc..
when they finally caught it they wanted full payment straight away for the entire period dont know how much it was but can guess it was alot.
On the other hand if you had cancelled the multiroom and have an email/letter from them for that then i'd say its their fault and keep using it, dont say anything if you call about the movies or just simply get a now tv box with movies package, their always going cheap somewhere, cheaper than the £17 a month sky are wanting, i use it for movies and get the vouchers from amazon £29 for a 4 month pass
