It's also worth keeping in mind that statistics can be skewed to meet a given, required outcome. WHAT exactly is being reported on / tested / benchmarked can also make a big difference to the results.

There are obviously more if you care to look about
Some reports out there show the difference as being nominal at best. Let's see what real-world results come in as. Should make things interesting though. Personally, I'm intel / nVidia all the way. I've tried AMD processors and GPUs, but just feel like the intel / nVidia setups are more solid / compatible / less troublesome. Each to their own I suppose.
