I honestly cannot believe what Hodgson is doing. Its true on ITV, they were saying why change the back four.

In the game, you have to have a settled team, you pick your team and that's it. You dont change it.

Hodgson said that he made the changes, as he had a big squad. How stupid.

The fans got that bored, they were calling for Rooney, he came on a did nothing.

Every ball was going over the bar, And then at the end there were boo's.

We are going to face tougher teams if we go further. I think that Wales are going to do well in the Euros. And good luck to them. England, sorry the sooner they come home the better.
I think Rooney has been England's best player. I notice you failed to mention England's worst player thus far over 3 games which from an outfield view would have to be Harry Kane.

Tonight they didn't have Rooney to supply and suffered in my opinion and failed to create those chances. With Rooney on in the previous games, Harry Kane was so one dimensional it was impossible to put him on the end of anything. That forced the change against Wales and to no surprise both Sturridgrle and Vardy were in and about the area.

Its simple stuff. Rooney starts with Sturridge and Vardy. I like Kane. He's a great striker but hes had about 4 halves of football roughly and he's never looked like producing anything. He's never in the right place for a chance and he never looks like creating his own.

Rooney can take and create chances from anywhere. He did against Russia bar a quite brilliant save and again bar defender blocks and whatnot his shots are generally on target. Add that to two agile and mobile targets in Vardy and Sturridge and I feel you're offered better options than just playing Kane in the middle alone.

Who knows though. Kane hasn't had that chance to play alongside a second finisher. Maybe he's just isolated. I've always hated one striker lineups.

I think these lads would suit playing against better teams. Having that underdog feeling spurring them on. At the minute there's really no team that's scaring me. Give us Portugal, in their state I bet England flatten them.
