Getting a UPS

im fedup lately of having a number of power outages here there have been 4 since November so ive decided to get a UPS.

Now ive worked out using a PSU calculator what approx i need it came out saying this....

Load Wattage: 440 W
Recommended UPS rating: 850 VA
Recommended PSU Wattage: 490 W

On Amazon ive been having a look around and i found this UPS, do u guys think it will do and will it be ok for the future for adding things?
