It has now been removed after it was escalated. In the end I called them four times and each time I was told it had been done. I spoke to the escalations team the last time. In the end I think it was only on for four days (actually went off this morning) but I still think it shouldn't have taken this long to sort out. Still, it's all sorted out now. (At least until I make another change on my account I should think
