Seems daft
A relative is moving house, and was told by Virgin she would be able to switch everything from her current property to the new one. Yet, according to their website (they hadn't installed anything yet as it is a new build she is moving to) she can only get Broadband and TV, not phone. Would Virgin ever connect the address up so she can get a landline? Not entirely sure who to go through to at VM on the phone so asking here.
