I think it offers a Guest network. It does need a wired connection back to your Hub. The good news is that is uses PPOE so it just needs the Ethernet cable. You could use HomePlugs to deliver the ethernet if this works for you ..
For this use case it's a bit more complicated than just deploying the unifi AP.

First of all you would have to disable the radio on the Homehub and disable DHCP.

If you're sticking with a black box solution you would then need something like the USG gateway to manage DHCP and security functions then vlan separate the guest and main wireless networks which means purchasing a managed switch. The unifi bandwidth controls are assigned on a user group basis and you can assign this via user group to vlan/subnet.
