Hi all, my first post hoping for some informed replies

I have VM's broadband package including landline
I had two phones connected, one to a very old TeleCential box in the front room, and another that was in the kitchen fed from the front room one by a now buried cable, but following and extension is now a wet room!
The kitchen then fed a summerhouse 80 yards down the garden on an overhead cable.
VM fitted what l believe is called an omnibox on the back wall which comes through and feeds the TV and broadband, it has a splitter inside.
Can the telephone be connected direct into this box, if so is there a fitting to do that? If not where does the connection need to be made, are their fittings for that and can a customer do that or does it have to be VM?

Thanks for any replies
By the sound of it the old TeleCential box is the master socket. This is Virgins property (& responsibility). Any extensions connected to this are yours & you can do what you like with them. So if you want the master moving, you will have to shell out £99 to have Virgin do the job.
