Maybe. It depends to what extent things go wrong. You can reinstall the stock firmware over the top of DD-WRT if you decide you don't like it, of if some of the features aren't working correctly, but if the installation of DD-WRT is totally borked then you may end up bricking your router.
I've installed DD-WRT several times and never had a problem with it. Follow the instructions and I don't think you'll have a problem.
