another vote for Canon here. been using them for years as I print a fair amount of photography work, as well as documents (kids homework and my own stuff). Cannot fault them. Had brother, hp and others in the past, but Canon have repeatedly impressed me with the quality of their devices.

I have the MG7550. By no means top of the range, but excellent quality for whatever I want it to do at home. Obviously, top-end / large prints are done professionally as this is only A4.
